Dr. Atkins has been director of the Outpatient Allergy Programs at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania since 1976. Recently he has established three new programs - Rhinosinusitis Program and Chronic Urticaria Program, both at HUP, and Allergy and Immunology at Penn Medicine at Radnor. His primary interest is in the care of patients with allergic diseases with special interests in rhinosinusitis and chronic urticaria.
