Mr. Jester is the basic science research Laboratory Manager; he has a Bachelor of Science degree from Lebanon Valley College.  Mr. Jester has over nineteen years of experience performing and managing basic science research.  He has spent the last four years working at the University of Pennsylvania in the Airways Biology Initiative research laboratories and the last two years as the basic science research Laboratory Manager.  The laboratories’ current research is focusing on cellular and molecular mechanisms that regulate airway smooth muscle cell growth and migration.   The laboratories’ other interest centers on the investigation of the cytosolic signaling pathways that mediate gene expression and alter myocyte function.
