Trevor R. Hadley, PhD is the Director of the Center for Mental Health Policy and Services Research, Department of Psychiatry, University of Pennsylvania Medical Center and a Senior Fellow of the Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics. His background as a mental health center director, State Mental Health Commissioner, consultant to public mental agencies, and services researcher gives him a unique perspective on the relationship between policy and services research. He is responsible for conducting a wide variety of mental health service system research projects focusing on utilization, cost, benefits and staffing of mental health programs.
