Current research involves V-Z vaccination of HIV-infected subjects; use of DNA-based HIV vaccines as therapy; examination of dapsone PK behavior in renal failure; PI for several ACTG trials. Clinical work involves in-patient and out-patient management of HIV-infected patients in the Division of Infectious Diseases at HUP.
