Things To Do
Among our residents' favorite things to do: going out to eat at one of Philly's BYOBs, catching a show at the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts, a trip to the Philadelphia Art Museum, going to a Phillies/Flyers/Eagles game, or simply a bike ride along the Schyulkill River.

Housing, Affordability, and Where to Live

Transportation & Travel
Philadelphia is ideally located between Boston, New York, and Washington DC, and is an easy train/bus/car ride to these and other cities. Transportation within Philadelphia is also easy, and many of our residents use public transportation for their daily commutes.
