  • Role of arterial stiffness and central hemodynamics as predictors of cardiovascular risk and determinants of left ventricular load.
  • Mechanical modeling of ventricular function.
  • Mechanical and genetic determinants of Left ventricular remodeling.
  • Assessment of ventricular-vascular coupling through echocardiography/arterial tonometry and magnetic resonance imaging.
  • Arterial dysfunction in obesity and obstructive sleep apnea
