Penn Medicine Center for Health Care Innovation

Who We Are

Ideas get their value only once they are implemented.

The Penn Medicine Center for Health Care Innovation is an interdisciplinary team of people that supports Penn Medicine by providing a set of tools to rapidly validate ideas in a rigorous way - converting the imagination and energy of new ways of thinking into new approaches to doing.

The methodology we promote is a disciplined process of testing concepts quickly and cheaply, figuring out what works (and doesn’t), and pivoting direction based on what was learned.

We measure our success largely in terms of our ability to help others succeed – connecting passionate colleagues with the resources, training, data, or partnerships that can move their work to the next level. To learn how to collaborate with us, click here.
