Education and Research Training

Additional Fellowship Training Resources

In addition to the Division, fellows can access other resources for additional training. Most of these are unique to the University of Pennsylvania and are located throughout the unified campus.

The Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics (LDI)
This nationally known Institute is the University's central arena for health services research and health policy. The Institute's Senior Fellows come from the Wharton School and the School of Nursing, Dental Medicine, Arts and Sciences, Education, Social Work, Communications and Law. LDI shares faculty with the Division and provides fellows with opportunities to conduct research and learn about health economics, health policy, and health services research.

Other Departments and Schools
Located adjacent to the medical campus are the Graduate School of Education, the College of Arts and Sciences (including the Department of Sociology, Anthropology, and History), the School of Nursing, the Annenberg School for Communications, and the Wharton School. Each School has served as a training resource for previous Division fellows and associates with the Division through shared interests and collaborative investigation.
