Expt. Title: Preliminary Series 2. An experiment series with available 10.7% inspired O2 in 2 Subjects at rest and during 50 and 100 watts exercise, to evaluate four mental performance tests (Expt. 14.11).

Description:

This was an exploratory series (preliminary series 2) while waiting for delivery of gas mixtures with 10% O2/bal. nitrogen using available gas. The purposes were to obtain an initial indication of physiological responses and mental performance in Subjects at rest and during work while a gas close to 10% O2 was inspired, and to fully integrate added experimental apparatus before starting a full series with 10% O2 inspired. Same experiment protocol as the 12% O2 series.
