Favorite Food: Anything surprising, Ethiopian Things I did in my previous life: Tutor, mentor, research, snowboard, sing Describe your perfect day off: Wake up early in a tent on the beach. Prepare and devour an elaborate campfire breakfast with my favorite people. Kiteboard in perfect wind. Go for a hike with awe-inspiring views, cold springs, and hot springs.  Head back to the city for dinner with more friends and family.  Finish the evening at a lounge with an intriguing culinarily creative cocktail.  Go dancing. Come home, crash into bed, and sleep like a log. Most memorable place you’ve ever been: Sichuan Province, People's Republic of China

I like that Philly has multiple neighborhoods with its each own distinctive personality and qualities. Plus all the phenomenal food (with the exception of Crab Cakes or Crab Fries– just not right) Coolest Thing I have ever Done: Traveled through the Sierra Mountain Range in Central Mexico and survived a mudslide while there.

Favorite Book: Ender’s Game – Orson Scott Card (Movie was good, but totally different) Favorite Band or Song: Goldfinger, if only for Superman, and 99 Red Balloons Describe your perfect day off: Wake up in the morning.  What, it was snowing all night?  Wait, I’m already slopeside in the Rockies?  I’ll be the first one up the mountain and spend the day making some new trails through the glades.  Lunch should include cider with some Fireball, and then back to the mountain.  Evening I’m probably too exhausted to really care.  Some Settlers of Catan or Bang! would be fun. Most memorable place you’ve ever been: Lake Pangong in the Himalayas.  It’s up around 11,000 ft, filled by glacier water, and just gorgeous.  The stars are unbelievable at night.
