EDM in the News

Michael Rickels

First MTR Recipient

The Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism (EDM) and the Institute for Diabetes Obesity and Metabolism (IDOM) are proud to announce that Dr. Michael R. Rickels is the first awardee of a Master's of Science in Translational Research from the Penn's ground-breaking Masters Program in Patient Oriented Research.  His research won the Austrian Award for Junior Faculty in Patient Oriented Research, which was presented on May 9 at the Department of Medicine Research Day, in the BRB lobby.
