Description
The Ralston-Penn Clinic for Osteoporosis and Related Bone
Disorders evaluates and treats patients with known or suspected metabolic bone disease. The
spectrum of common bone diseases evaluated includes age-related and post-menopausal
osteoporosis as well as secondary osteoporosis due to a variety of etiologies.
The clinic is directed by Robert J. Pignolo, MD, Ph.D, Assistant Professor of Medicine in the
Division of Geriatric Medicine, who has run this subspecialty practice since 2003.
