INTERESTS:

Particular interests are in hematology and in hematological malignancies but also participating in general clinical hematology and medical oncology.

American Cancer Society Professor of Clinical Oncology from 1992-2002. I am continuing my educational efforts on behalf of graduates and post-graduates in Medicine, Hematology and Medical Oncology. Communications Skills course is also provided to post-graduates.

Current head and founder of the New Jersey Pain Initiative, a program of the American Cancer Society and recipient of Robert Wood Johnson grant. I will be continuing my efforts on behalf of symptom management and palliative care at Presbyterian Medical Center.

The establishment of Geriatric Oncology Center at Presbyterian Medical Center in collaboration with the Department of Geriatrics.
