Joseph Metmowlee Garland, MD

Joseph Garland is currently a clinician on staff at the Jonathan Lax Center, a community HIV clinic that is part of Philadelphia FIGHT, a comprehensive AIDS service organization in Center City where he provides HIV primary and specialty care.
