Application Process - UPDATED:The deadline for submission of a completed application is October 7, 2016, and all of the following items are required:
- Dean's Letter
- Chair's Letter (can be Chair designee).
- At least 2 other Letters of Recommendation (you can submit up to 3 letters)
- Medical School transcript
- Personal Statement
- Curriculum Vitae in ERAS format
- USMLE Step 1 score of at least 205
- Medical school graduation date of 2014 or later
- 4 weeks of U.S. hands-on clinical experience within the past 6 months (observerships are excluded)
- Valid ECFMG Certificate, if applicable

Interview Selection:We know that interview season can be stressful for all involved, especially our applicants. In an effort to reduce some of that stress, we are updating this section about our interview invitation process as the season goes on. We are committed to being as transparent as possible about our process, out of respect for our applicants.
Our first batch of interview offers was sent out between Monday, October 17th and Thursday, October 20th. Each recipient of an offer has at least 7 days to consider this offer, as we want applicants to have time to carefully consider their schedules and their ability to make it to one of our interview dates.
If you have not yet received an invitation to interview, your application is still being considered.
Even when all currently invited applicants have scheduled, we still have several interview slots open. Our next round of invitations will therefore be sent out next week, between Tuesday, October 25th and Friday, October 28th. Within the ensuing two weeks, we will notify remaining applicants if they remain on our wait list for later invitations, or if we are not able to offer an interview slot.

University Tobacco Policy
