Resident/Faculty Advisor System
The resident/faculty advisor system provides each resident with a senior resident mentor and a faculty advisor who will meet with the resident to discuss career planning and any other concerns that arise.
Residents are assigned to a specific advisor for the first year but may switch advisors at the end of the academic year if desired.
