PHILADELPHIA – Jeffrey Thomas Tokazewski, MD, has been named a Top Physician by South Jersey Magazine in its yearly review of doctors. Thirteen doctors were featured in the category of Family Practice in the August issue. To qualify, Top Doctors must receive the highest scores on the HealthGrades patient experience survey.
Tokazewski is an attending physician at PENNCare’s South Jersey Family Medicine practice, part of Penn Medicine’s Clinical Care Associates. He is also a Clinical Associate Professor in the School of Medicine.
Tokazewski has received several University of Pennsylvania Health System and Clinical Care Associates quality and safety awards for his work in standardizing practice procedures and enhancing patient education. He received his undergraduate degree from Drew University and his medical degree from the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
