The new Philadelphia Adult Congenital Heart Center is a joint venture of the University of Pennsylvania Health System and The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and is the first of its kind in the Mid-Atlantic region. On September 12th, a briefing event was held to introduce the center to the media.
