- Dean's letter
- Three Letters of Recommendation (two from OB/GYN faculty)
- Medical School Transcripts
- USMLE transcripts/board Part 1 scores
- Graduation within the last four years
- Valid ECFMG Certificate
- We Sponsor J1 Visas
- Completed Residency Application
Please note that we only accept applications through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS), and that we participate in the National Residency Matching Program.
Application deadline is November 1st.
Applicant interview dates are December 9th and 10th 2011.
