Philadelphia is a city filled with colleges, history, terrific restaurants and shopping and has some great neighborhoods that can be affordable to live in.
Things To Do
Our residents have the opportunity to take advantage of everything Philadelphia has to offer. This includes exploring the scenery at Fairmount Park, grabbing a bite to eat at one of the best restaurants in the city or running the famous steps at the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Those that enjoy staying active can enroll Philly’s bike share program and go for runs along the Schuylkill Banks Boardwalk. Also, Philadelphia is an extremely passionate sports city. Residents won’t be shy about taking a trip to the Sports Complex in South Philly to catch a Flyer, Phillies, Sixers or Eagles game.

Housing, Cost of Living, and Where to Live
When searching for a place to live, there are many nice neighborhoods in Philadelphia to choose from. Many of our residents live in University City or Center City (ex. Fitler Square, Rittenhouse, Old City, and Graduate Hospital neighborhoods). Some residents, especially those with families, do decide to live in the surrounding townships and boroughs.
