Training Verifications

Verifications of previous Graduate Medical Education training in all Radiology Programs at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, should be directed to the individual training programs.

Requests for verifications should include the following information:

  • Trainee Name (including maiden name if applicable)
  • Dates of Training
  • Training Program/Specialty
