3D & Advanced Imaging

The 3D and Advanced Imaging Laboratory at HUP provides 3D and volumetric visualization of medical images for radiologists, referring physicians and patients. Using advanced 3D workstations and server applications, we are able to transform basic axial datasets from CT and MRI studies into interactive volumetric models to assist in diagnosis and quantification of disease processes.

The 3D Lab currently processes over 12,000 CT and MR examinations every year. Sample 3D processing protocols include:
