Education & Training:

  • MS in Computer Science (Johns Hopkins University, 2005)
  • BS in Computer Science (Johns Hopkins University, 2005)

Research Interests:

Lee is interested in genetics, epigenetics; he is fond of image processing algorithms, data analysis algorithms, and large scale computing. He has several years experience in next-generation sequencing, particularly ChIP-seq and RNA-seq. In Kontos lab he works to link genotypic breast cancer markers with phenotypic characteristics found on mammograms, he hopes to develop now quantitative measures of the breast phenotype.
