Molecular Imaging of Cardiovascular Diseases

We focus on the development and application of imaging technologies to study the cardiovascular diseases and mechanisms of their responses to therapies. A multidiscipline approach through collaborative efforts is being used to achieve this goal. While most of our studies are performed in animal models, translation to the clinic is the driving force behind the design of imaging probes and development of imaging protocols.

We aim at building a multidisciplinary team to address important topics of cardiovascular diseases from the molecular imaging point of view. We are collaborating with basic scientists and clinicians who are willing to translate the molecular imaging technologies to the benefits of patients.
