Research Interests:

Dr. Cohen’s research interests are in hypertension with an emphasis on alternative methods of treating hypertension and in the field of pheochromocytoma and adrenal hypertension. She is the Principal Investigator on an NIH funded study looking at the effects of yoga on blood pressure reduction (www.limbs.cohenhtn.com). She is a Co-PI in the NIDDK Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) “CRIC” cognitive cohort study. She is also the PI on a study investigating the changes on pulse wave velocity in chronic kidney disease patients with reduction in proteinuria.
