Frank obtained his BSN in 2003 from Temple University.  He has been a registered nurse for 13 years on a medical-surgical unit in a large, academic teaching hospital in the Philadelphia region with a strong clinical background in perioperative care servicing patients with a variety of surgical needs including, but not limited to, Thyroidectomies, Parathyroidectomies, Mastectomies, Colectomies, Whipple procedures, Enterocutaneous Fistulas, Vascular Bypass, and Urinary Diversions.

Frank completed his Master’s degree in 2015 at Thomas Jefferson University and joined the Penn Medicine team as a Surgical Nurse Practitioner in the Division of Endocrine and Oncologic Surgery in 2016.  His practice focuses on the surgical management of patients experiencing oncologic disease and endocrine alterations.
