From the parking Garage at Perelman:
You are currently on floors P1, P2 or P3. Take the Atrium Elevators to Floor 1. Turn right and walk towards the West Pavilion. Walk straight past the Penn Lung Center and the first set of elevators to the second set of elevators. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor.

From the Ravdin/Silverstein/Penn Tower Entrance:
Enter at Bridge Level of the Penn Tower Hotel. You can either come in on the Lobby Level and take the escalator or elevator to the Bridge Level or from the Silverstein Pavilion, please take the Bridge to the Penn Tower Hotel. There is a connector Bridge from the Penn Tower bridge level to the Perelman Center for Advanced Medicine. Walk through the Bridge, bear left and bypass the Surgicentre Elevators. Follow the hallway to the atrium of the Perelman Center walk straight across the atrium toward the West Pavilion. Walk straight past the Penn Lung Center and the first set of elevators to the second set of elevators. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor.
