Dr. Hargrove is a Clinical Professor in the Division of Cardiovascular Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He is an attending surgeon at Presbyterian Medical Center and Pennsylvania Hospital where he is Clinical Director of Cardiothoracic Surgery. He has a special interest in valvular heart surgery, particularly mitral valve repair. He does minimally invasive heart surgery, including port access and videoscopic surgery. He also has a special interest in high-risk coronary bypass and off-pump bypass.
