Christopher is a PGY1 integrated vascular surgery resident. Before attending medical school at Louisiana State University, he completed his PhD in Biomedical Sciences at Tulane University. His graduate research concentrated on elucidating the role of insulin-like growth factor-1 in the cardiovascular system, focusing in the areas of atherosclerosis and vascular regeneration. Christopher remains interested in vascular biology research and plans to pursue a career in academic vascular surgery.
