River Elliott is currently a Chief Resident in the Plastic Surgery Residency Program at the University of Pennsylvania. His interests include general plastic surgery and hand surgery, with a focus on microsurgical reconstruction of the upper extremity. Upon graduation he will spend an additional year of training in a hand surgery fellowship.
