Dr. Ghadimi is currently a fellow at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, specializing in Adult Critical Care, Cardiothoracic & Complex Vascular Anesthesia. He graduated with honors from Boston University with a degree in Economics. He received his medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine and went on to the University of California Irvine Medical Center where he completed his surgical internship. He completed his residency training in Anesthesiology at the West Penn Allegheny Health System in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Dr. Ghadimi was a full time attending anesthesiologist before beginning his fellowship at PENN.
His interests include the significance of the continuity of critical care provided by cardiovascular anesthesiologists in the operating room and the cardiovascular intensive care unit, transesophageal echocardiography, anesthesia for complex aortic surgery, and ICU telemedicine. |
