Dr. Moshkovsky is currently an Assistant Professor of Clinical Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine. He is part of the UPHS Trauma Network and works full-time at Reading Hospital in the Reading Health System. Dr. Moshkovsky’s interests include surgical critical care, general surgery, emergency surgery, resuscitative phase of care and the septic patient.

Dr. Moshkovsky completed his surgical training at the Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center. In addition, Dr. Moshkovsky completed a Fellowship in Surgical Critical Care and Trauma Surgery at Christiana Care Health System. He will sit for boards in Surgery and Surgical Critical Care.
