| The Center of Surgical
Excellence at the Hospital of the University Pennsylvania combines
technology, research and outstanding faculty to provide our
students, residents and faculty with paramount education and
surgical preparation. Penn Surgical residents receive extensive
laparoscopic training. Skills which are taken directly from
the classroom to the operating table. The Center provides residents
and faculty with up to the minute technology and knowledge through
