Dr. David Maron is a fellowship trained colon and rectal surgeon who specializes in all aspects of colon and rectal surgery. He has a particular interest in laparoscopic colon surgery, sphincter-saving procedures for rectal cancer, and surgical treatment of inflammatory bowel disease. His practice also encompasses the treatment of a broad range of colon and rectal diseases, including diverticulitis, colon cancer, anal fistulas, hemorrhoids, and surgery for fecal incontinence. Colonoscopy, both diagnostic and therapeutic, is also part of his practice.
