• Request a brand new course or update an existing course
  Includes consultation on different training options and the best way to transfer knowledge to your audience.
• Request a new Item ID for a course
  Use this if you only need a new Item ID. This does not include creating course content. If you need to update or create new course content, please select "Request a brand new course or update an existing course."
• Request a mandatory course assignment
  Use this option to update or create a new mandatory assignment for a course that exists in Knowledge Link or is in the process of being created.
• Recommend course(s) to a group
  Send course recommendations to a group of employees through Knowledge Link. Employees are not required to complete recommended courses. If you want to assign courses as optional, we recommend this option.

• Request administrator access
  For access to run reports, create classes, give credit to class attendees, etc.
